6. Payment Methods

Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Delivery will not occur until we receive cleared funds for your order.

Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative, allow order cancellation, or proceed without the item. If we owe you a refund, it will be processed within 28 days of receiving your order.

Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for all bank charges and commissions related to your payment.

Accepted Cards: We accept major credit cards.

7. Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be physical or virtual.

They remain the property of the issuer.

They cannot be used in physical stores.

Refunds or exchanges for cash are only available within 28 days of purchase for physical cards and within 28 days of issuance for virtual cards. Refunds will use the original payment method and require the original receipt and order number.

Gift Cards are valid for one year from purchase.

8. Order Conditions

Orders are processed using a valid credit/debit card subject to issuer verification. We are not liable for order delays or non-delivery due to payment authorization issues.

All prices include VAT at the current UK rate.

By placing an order, you confirm your unconditional and irrevocable agreement to purchase the items at the stated price. Confirmation occurs upon pressing the "confirm order" button at checkout. We will send an order acknowledgment email detailing your order. This is not an order acceptance but a processing stage. We will contact you if we cannot fulfill your order. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent upon shipment.

All details provided must be accurate, complete, and current. You must be over 18 years old and use your own credit/debit card with sufficient funds. Providing false or inaccurate information will be reported to the authorities.

We retain legal ownership of all products until full payment is received. In case of a refund, ownership reverts back to us on the refund date.
