Return and Exchange Policy
We hope you love your Vintage Lane purchase! However, if you wish to return or exchange an item, you can submit a request within two days from the date of delivery.
Return and Exchange Requirements:
• Requests must be made within two days of delivery (for online orders).
• Items must be unused, with all original tags, labels, and protective packaging intact.
• Products should be returned in their original protective packaging (e.g., carton box, dust bags) to ensure safe arrival.
• A purchase invoice must accompany the return.
• Vintage Lane tags must remain attached, and items should be in full original packaging.
Please Note: Vintage Lane reserves the right to refuse returns if items appear used or lack their original packaging. Items not meeting the above conditions will be returned to the original order address, with return shipping costs deducted.
How to Request a Return
For Online Purchases:
1. Submit a return request within two days of delivery by completing our online return form or emailing us at Care@vintagelane.co.
2. We’ll arrange a pickup with an additional shipping fee based on your location. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to receive your return.
3. Once accepted by our Quality Department, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees). Refunds typically process within 4-15 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
Once we accept your returned item, we’ll proceed with the exchange and process your new order.
